With September 1st, we can consider that fall is already here. This is the best season for renewing our purses collection, as all important handbags designers are launching their newest creations in fashion shows and festivals like the Milan Fashion Week. Coach bags are no exception. The new Brooke collection smells like autumn flowers and yellow leaves, reminding us of the cold, rainy days that will soon come to keep us inside our homes. But let’s see what are the Coach designers offering us this fall:
The New BCRF Leather Brooke: an elegant bag, made of soft pebbled cowhide, with an 8″ drop handle and a 13″ drop strap which makes it suitable for wearing it like a shoulder bag or like a crossbody. The bag is 13″ L x 12″ H x 4″ W, which makes it suitable for the average height woman as well as for taller girls. It’s available in one single color, quartz, with brass hardware.
The BCRF bags are enrolled in a donations program: Coach will donate 20% of October 2009 bag’s sales to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, for funding the research concerning breast cancer prevention. You can read more details on the BCRF website.
The New Leather Brooke: Basically, the shape and the leather quality are the same as in the BCRF bag, but colors are different: taupe, black or eggplant. The price is also the same, $358, available on the Coach official website.
The New Coach Op Art Brooke: if for some reason you don’t want to buy leather goods, you have the alternative of purchasing one of these Op Art print sateen bags which come in the same size as their leather sisters, but $100 cheaper.
The New Nubuck xl Brooke: this is the biggest bag in the collection and also the most expensive one, $798 on the Coach official site. The embossed Op-Art model looks very stylish and the leather trim makes the bag extremely durable. A metallic version of this bag is also available.
